How much does it cost?
It depends on the vehicle and the system. Products with a fixed price show it on the products page; for the rest, WhatsApp us or request a quote and we confirm the price before any work.
Do you install outside Nairobi?
Yes, across Kenya. Installation is at our Ridgeways workshop or at your location.
Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. M-Pesa accepted. We confirm the payment details when you book.
How quickly can you install?
Single vehicles are usually fitted in one visit. Fleets are scheduled in batches to keep vehicles on the road.
Do you support customers after installation?
Yes. Reach our support team by WhatsApp, phone, email or the support form for app help, repairs, relocations and renewals.

About NTSA Speed GovernorsDoes my vehicle need a governor?
Requirements differ by vehicle class. Tell us your vehicle type and we will confirm what applies before you pay for anything.
How long does a fitting take?
Most single vehicles are done in one visit at our workshop or at your location. Fleets are scheduled in batches.
What do I need to bring for fitting or inspection?
Bring the vehicle and its logbook details. For renewals, bring your current governor certificate so we can check the unit and its records.
What happens when my certificate is about to expire?
You get an SMS reminder ahead of the expiry date. Book a check with us and we confirm the unit is working and calibrated before you renew.
Can a governor be combined with GPS tracking?
Yes. Many owners add live tracking so they can see speed, location and trips on the app alongside the governor.
GPS Vehicle Tracking
About GPS Vehicle TrackingWhat if the vehicle has no network?
Units use GSM and GPS, so reporting depends on coverage. Dual-SIM units keep reporting across more areas, and you can see when a unit has stopped reporting.
Can I track many vehicles from one login?
Yes. A fleet account shows every vehicle in one view.
Can I stop the engine remotely?
On trackers that support engine cut-off, yes. The cut-off is designed to apply safely, and we confirm at installation whether your vehicle supports it.
Will a tracker drain my battery?
A correctly fitted tracker draws very little power. If the vehicle is parked for weeks, tell us and we will advise on settings.
Can I share the location with family or a driver?
Yes. You can give other people their own login, or share the live location when you need to.
AI Video Telematics and Driver Safety
About AI Video Telematics and Driver SafetyWhat does the AI detect?
Driver-facing cameras look for signs of fatigue, distraction, phone use and smoking. Road-facing cameras can warn of close following and lane departure. The exact list depends on the camera model we fit.
Is the footage recorded all the time?
The camera records continuously to a memory card on a loop. Events such as harsh braking or a fatigue warning are saved as clips and sent to the platform so they are not overwritten.
Will it work with my existing trackers?
AI cameras carry their own GPS and connection, so they work alone. Tell us what you already have and we will show how it fits together.
How do drivers react to cameras?
Most fleets explain the system to drivers before fitting. In-cab warnings help drivers correct themselves, and footage also protects good drivers when they are not at fault.
Does it need mobile data?
Yes, live view and event clips use a data SIM. Recordings stay on the memory card if the vehicle is out of coverage and can be retrieved later.
Fuel Monitoring
About Fuel MonitoringHow is fuel theft detected?
The sensor measures the level continuously, so fuel leaving the tank shows up as an event with a time and place, not a gap discovered at month end.
Does it work on every tank?
We check your tank and vehicle first, then quote. Some setups need a different sensor.
Can I compare fuel receipts with actual fills?
Yes. Every fill is logged with the litres added, the time and the location, so you can check it against the receipt the driver hands in.
Does it work on generators and stationary tanks?
Often, yes. Tell us the tank type and size and we will confirm the right sensor.
Vehicle Recovery
About Vehicle RecoveryWhere should it be hidden?
Our technicians choose a spot that is hard to find and still reports well. We do not publish exact positions.
Can it track trailers and equipment?
Yes. Anything with a metal surface can carry one.
What should I do if my vehicle is stolen?
Call us straight away and report the theft to the nearest police station. We pull the vehicle's location and history so it can be shared with the police handling the case.
Why do I need a backup tracker if I already have one?
A wired tracker is the first thing many thieves look for. A second, hidden unit on its own battery gives you another way to locate the vehicle if the first is found.
How often does a recovery tracker report?
To save battery it reports on a schedule, and you can switch it to more frequent reporting during a recovery. We set the schedule with you at fitting.
Vehicle Security and Anti-Theft
About Vehicle Security and Anti-TheftWhat happens if someone jams the signal?
Anti-jamming units are designed to respond to jamming attempts, for example by immobilising the vehicle, where your vehicle supports it.
Will it work on an older car?
Immobilisation depends on the vehicle. We check first so you do not pay for a feature your car cannot take.
Which alarm should I choose?
It depends on where the car is parked and how you use it. The Smart alarm covers the basics; the Pro Max Plus adds app control, tracking, a PIN lock and anti-jamming. Message us and we will recommend one.
Will an alarm affect my car's warranty or electrics?
We fit to the vehicle's wiring without cutting corners and test everything before handing back. If your car is under a dealer warranty, tell us so we can advise.
Can I change my PIN?
Yes. You can change the 4-digit ignition PIN yourself, and we show you how at handover.
Radio Communication
About Radio CommunicationWhat is a 4G radio?
It carries voice over the mobile network, so a driver in Mombasa and a dispatcher in Nairobi share one channel.
Can radios be tracked?
Models with GPS show location to the control room.
Do short-range radios need a licence?
Some radio use in Kenya needs a licence or frequency allocation. Tell us how you plan to use them and we will advise.
How long does the battery last?
Most handhelds last a full working shift on normal use. Spare batteries and chargers are available.
Cargo Seals
About Cargo SealsHow do I know a seal was tampered with?
A broken seal, or a serial number that does not match the one you recorded at loading, means the door was opened.
Can I combine seals with tracking?
Yes. Pair seals with a GPS tracker on the truck to see where the cargo went and when it stopped.
What quantities do you sell?
Seals are sold in bulk. Tell us how many you need each month and we will quote.
Key Programming
About Key ProgrammingI bought a used car. Should I check the keys?
Yes. A duplicate key check shows how many keys can start the vehicle, and we can disable the ones you do not hold.
Which makes do you cover?
Tell us the make, model and year on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
I have lost all my keys. Can you help?
Yes, in many cases. We may need proof of ownership, such as the logbook and your ID, before we program a new key.
